I stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel in Muscat, Oman for three nights, and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was simply perfect. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – by far the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve encountered in all my years of traveling. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant service, was warm, genuine, and made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, but somehow still feels like a hidden gem – it’s seriously underrated for the quality it delivers. Whether you're visiting Muscat for business or leisure, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so memorable – I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel was impeccably clean—the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in—and it always smelled fresh and inviting. Hearing your name after a “Good morning” when you walk in the restaurant for breakfast, or after having been a few times to the gym already seems like a little thing, but it goes a long way. I felt like being at home after a few days already. The rooms are super nice, spacious with cool design elements and the rooftop pool is the best place to hang out. The location is also great, sort of in between the airport and the centre. Easy to get anywhere with a taxi. Can’t wait to be back here again! Thank you for all your kindness!

The staff was amazing especially the valet guys !!! All of them deserve a huge thank you for helping thru out our stay with our car rental . Always accommodating. Mr Hasan helped us so much and I can’t thank him enough . The valet crew was just a breath of fresh air and always smiling with positivity !!! The room cleaner were on point and very good with their cleaning and again a thank you for the extras . Front desk ….. amazing !!!!! from start to finish The whole stay was relaxing and inviting Thank you so much for making us feel welcomed and see you again in the near future

Really beautiful and polite staff. They're exceptional. We had breakfast and dinner included. Highly recommend this rate if you can get it. The dinner buffet was amazing. It will save you a fortune. We were upgraded to a suite by the lovely check in staff. We did pay 50aud for early check in at 6am. The pool is lovely but the water was far too hot to enjoy. There is a hot spa as well. The temperature outside in late May is high 30s, a cool pool would be lovely but unfortunately the water was unpleasantly hot. The hotel is new, spacious and impeccably clean.
